What a double celebration we are having with our premium Shiraz – 2018 The Hallmark winning double GOLD, plus taking out top in its category and eligible for Winestate’s Wine of the Year in December 2022.

We are thrilled to announce our 2018 co-fermented Shiraz Viognier – The Ensemble, has been awarded a GOLD medal with 96 points in the Winestate Magazine’s Wines of Victoria (Shiraz Category) in their July/August 2022 magazine edition.

We are so very proud of the incredible behind the scenes work that has been put into creating this new website and have some very talented people working with us behind the scenes.

So many things have changed over the past few years including our humble tin shed which originally incorporated a small winery (for our retirement lifestyle), a garage and a future cellar door.

With many expansions to ‘the shed’, since first erected in 2009 and the opening of our quaint cellar door in 2016, we have certainly come a long way in our journey into a ‘retirement lifestyle’!

Silver Spoon Estate are thrilled to be selected to be one of five host workplace based creative residency businesses for the 2022 Creative Gastronomy Residency Program by the City of Greater Bendigo.

We are thrilled to have won this very special award for our continued dedication to living and working in a low-carbon footprint environment within our Estate over the years, whilst creating and selling our wines from our new off-grid Cellar Door and Bistro – completed in October 2021.
